These Terms govern your use of revyvedigital.com and the services Revyve Digital LLC offers, including the free AI visibility audit. By using the site you agree to them. They’re written to be readable; the binding operative version is the one reviewed by our counsel and provided in any signed engagement contract.

The free audit

The AI visibility audit is provided free of charge, with no obligation to engage further. We cap audits at five per week so that every one is run by hand. We may decline or defer requests that fall outside our stated scope (owner-operated medical practices, primarily US-based) or that we cannot responsibly fulfill.

The audit reflects AI engine behavior on the dates we ran the prompts. AI outputs change. We make no guarantee that any given engine will, in the future, name your practice or describe it in any particular way.

Engagement work

Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written contract that supersedes these Terms for the work it covers. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to enter such a contract, and nothing here is a representation, warranty, or guarantee of any specific outcome.

We do not guarantee any AI engine will recommend you. We do guarantee the work we perform, the measurement we provide, and an honest monthly read on whether your share of answers is moving.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, reverse engineer it, scrape it at volume, or use it to mislead anyone about who you are or what your business does. We may suspend access for any of those reasons without notice.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, design, illustrations, code — belongs to Revyve Digital LLC or is used under license. You may quote short excerpts with attribution for editorial or research purposes. Larger reuse requires written permission.

Liability

We provide this site and the free audit on an 'as is' basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the free audit is capped at zero, reflecting the no-fee nature of that service. Liability for paid engagements is governed by the relevant signed contract.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
